If your registered shipping address lacks a town name, house number, or room number, or if the name on the nameplate is different, there may be cases where the item is returned. If the item is returned due to a customer input error and requires re-shipment, we will ship it cash on delivery.Inquiries are handled sequentially on weekdays (10:00 to 18:00), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you do not receive a reply after 5 business days, please contact us again. |
Q. The item has scratches or creases.

A. We will replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of arrival.
※If you contact us after this period, you may be requested to pay for shipping cash on delivery when exchanging the item.

A. Please check if you have registered with the correct email address. It may be in your "spam folder" or similar. Also, if you have set up domain-specific reception, please allow "ohtabooks.com".
※In addition to order and shipping completion notifications, we will send emails for important updates such as shipping delays or address confirmations. Please ensure that you can receive emails.
※There have been cases where emails cannot be sent or received with mobile carrier emails (e.g., Docomo). We recommend using PC emails such as Gmail or Yahoo!.

A. We only accept changes for pre-order items.

A. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address. For pre-order items, please check the "Estimated Shipping Date" on the product page.
※If the item is returned and requires re-shipment due to customer reasons such as an incorrect address or absence, we will re-ship it cash on delivery.
Also, please note that the tracking number issued by the shipping company may only be valid for about three months. After this period, it may no longer be possible to track the item.
Q. I want items purchased at the same time to be shipped separately.

A. If you purchase items at the same time by adding them to your cart, and there is a pre-order item among them, all items in your order will be shipped together on the estimated shipping date.
If you wish to have them shipped separately, please place separate orders for each item.
