Cancellation and changes

If the registered shipping address does not have a street name, house number, or room number , or if the name on the nameplate is different , the item may be returned . If the item is returned and needs to be re-shipped due to an input error on the customer's side , the item will be shipped cash on delivery .

We respond to inquiries in order on weekdays (10:00-18:00), excluding weekends and holidays. If you do not receive a reply within five business days, please contact us again.

Q. The product has scratches or creases.

A. We will replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
*If you contact us after that time, we may ask you to pay the shipping charges when exchanging the item .
It will be easier if you contact the delivery company.
In the unlikely event that the delivery company is unable to assist you, please contact us using our inquiry form to let us know. We will try to replace the product, although it may take some time.



Q. I haven't received the order completion email.

A. Please make sure that you have registered the correct email address. Emails may have arrived in your "spam" folder. Also, if you have specified domain reception, please allow "ohtabooks.com".
*In addition to notification of order and shipping completion, we will contact you by email if there are any notifications about shipping delays or address confirmation. Please make sure you receive these emails .
*There have been cases where emails cannot be sent or received using mobile carrier email (such as docomo). We recommend using PC email services such as gmail or yahoo!


Q. I made a mistake with my shipping information.

A. We only accept changes to pre-ordered items.
Please contact us as soon as possible using the "Inquiry" form, including your order number and correct shipping address information . We cannot respond if it is less than five business days before the release date.

Q: My item hasn't arrived

A. Please check your order confirmation email to make sure there are no mistakes in the shipping address. For pre-ordered items, please check the "estimated shipping date" on the product page.
*If the product is returned and needs to be re-shipped due to customer reasons such as incorrect address entry or absence, we will re-ship the product to you cash on delivery.

Please note that the tracking number issued by the delivery company may be valid for up to three months. Once this period has passed, tracking will no longer be possible.




Q. I would like the items I purchased at the same time to be shipped separately.

A. If you add multiple items to your cart at the same time and proceed with the purchase, and there is a pre-order item, the entire set of ordered items will be shipped together on the scheduled shipping date.
If you would like them shipped separately, please place separate orders.
*Please note that in rare cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments due to our company's circumstances.



Q. Can I have my gift wrapped?

A. Please contact us using the "Inquiry" form . Please note that customers who have items scheduled for shipping cannot cancel their membership to prevent shipping accidents. Please contact us after receiving the items.
