If the product is returned and requires reshipment due to a customer input error, it will be delivered via cash on delivery. Q. The product has scratches or creases.

A. Please check if you have registered with the correct email address. The email might be in your "spam folder". Also, if you have set up domain-specific reception, please allow "ohtabooks.com".
※In addition to order and shipping completion notifications, we will notify you by email for any other communications such as shipping delays or address confirmations. Please ensure that you can receive emails.

A. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address. If it's a pre-order item, please check the "scheduled shipping date" listed on the product page.
※If the item is returned and requires reshipment due to customer-related reasons such as an incorrect address or absence, we will reship it via cash on delivery.
Additionally, please note that the tracking number issued by the shipping company may only be valid for about three months. We may not be able to track it after this period.
Q. I want to ship items purchased at the same time separately.

A. If you purchased items by adding them to your cart simultaneously and there was a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together on the scheduled shipping date.
If you wish to have them shipped separately, please place separate orders for each item.
