"Crystal Gym" opened in July 2021 as a personal training gym where Yoshimoto Kogyo comedians serve as trainers. Since its grand reopening in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo on October 1, 2024, it has expanded its offerings to include not only personal training but also studio training for multiple people.

This daily calendar features 16 comedians who serve as trainers at Crystal Gym (including Noda Crystal, Papiyon Nori, Kakeochi Aoki Macho, Inoshita Daikatsuyaku, Revolver Head, and others). With the theme "A Macho Man's Daily Life," it coolly and cutely captures scenes such as their home routines, cooking, and enjoying sweets.

Of course, weight training scenes are also included. Their stoic appearance, different from their everyday expressions, is a must-see!
