"August Soda Water" Clear Bookmark Set of 4

The world of the hugely popular full-color comic "August Soda Water" has been turned into a "clear bookmark." It will also be sold as a set with the comic.

A girl named Umibe Lisa, who lives in the seaside town of Suiyou Misaki, is always surrounded by mysterious and wonderful events. A strange violin washes up on the beach, a boy wearing goggles accidentally falls from the sky, a phantom city floating beyond a mirage...

"August Soda Water" is a long-selling work that has been reprinted since its release in 2013. The world of "August Soda Water" has been reproduced as it is with transparent clear bookmarks! The bookmarks are a set of 4 on an A5 size sheet. The illustrations are visible because they are made of highly transparent PP and do not use white ink.

They are also scheduled to be sold at Komatsu Shinya's exhibition "Yawning Specimens Collection," which runs until September 16, 2024.

Komatsu Shinya <br>Born in Kochi Prefecture. Manga artist and illustrator. He made his debut in 2004 with "Sleepy Climate" published in "AX" magazine. In the same year, he won the 6th AX Manga Newcomer Award and the Moto Hideyasu Individual Award. His main works include "Sleepy Climate" (Seirinkogeisha), "August Soda Water" (Ohta Publishing), "Tsurumaki Town Summer Time" (Shinchosha), "Afternoon Yawn" (Aki Shobo), and the picture book "A Day in the Future" (Akane Shobo). "Afternoon Yawn" will win the Special Jury Prize in the children's category at the Angoulême International Comics Festival in France in January 2024.
