『MOTHER2 ギーグの逆襲』 (MOTHER2: Giygas Strikes Back), released by Nintendo Co., Ltd. for the Super Famicom in 1994. The "Secrets of MOTHER2" exhibition showcased 30 years of development materials for 『MOTHER2』 that had been dormant in a warehouse. This book not only covers the exhibition but also features numerous previously unreleased materials that couldn't be displayed, a discussion among development staff members Koichi Oyama, Yasushi Maruta, and Akio Toda, and the days of 『MOTHER2』, which Shigesato Itoi described as his "second youth."

This permanent preservation edition, commemorating the 30th anniversary of 『MOTHER2』, will be released in November 2024. It captures the excitement and emotion of the "Secrets of MOTHER2" exhibition, recording all the creative efforts, the work and thoughts of the creators that culminated in 『MOTHER2』.

Our store will be selling a limited number of copies with a large reversible poster, featuring a large hand-drawn document that was a hot topic at the "Secrets of MOTHER2" exhibition and the main visual of the exhibition. (While supplies last)
